Your access to the Jones Hometown Pharmacy mobile application and websites, including co-branded Jones Hometown Pharmacy-affiliate websites (collectively, the “Jones Hometown Pharmacy Digital Services”), is subject to the Jones Hometown Pharmacy Privacy Policy, HIPAA Privacy Notice, and these Terms of Use.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE Jones Hometown Pharmacy DIGITAL SERVICES. BY USING THE Jones Hometown Pharmacy DIGITAL SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE.

These Terms also govern your participation in any SMS or mobile communications programs offered by Jones Hometown Pharmacy. If you opt in to receive text messages from us, the Mobile Terms & Privacy Summary governs such messaging.
